Air-Cooled Condensers
Air-cooled condensers reject the heat absorbed in the cold room plus the compressor’s work to outdoor air. Our FNH flat and FNV V-type models are built with copper tube, aluminium fin coils and low-noise external-rotor fans.

Selection guide
What to know before you specify.
An air-cooled condenser is a finned-coil heat exchanger with fans that turns hot refrigerant gas from the compressor back into liquid. Size it for total heat rejection — room load plus compressor heat, typically 1.3–1.6 times the evaporator capacity — at your hottest design ambient.
Common applications
- Cold room storage
- Small cold rooms
- Condensing units
- Large cold storage
- Chillers & cold rooms
- Small refrigeration
- Models
- FNH flat-coil and FNV V-type
- Coil
- Copper tube, aluminium fins, epoxy or anti-corrosion options for coastal sites
- Fans
- 300–800 mm external-rotor axial fans, 220 V or 380 V
- Use
- Remote condensers for open-type units, parallel racks and replacements
How do I size a remote condenser?
Use total heat rejection, not room load. For medium temperature systems this is roughly 1.3× the evaporator capacity; for low temperature it can reach 1.6× because the compressor works harder.
Do you offer coastal protection?
Yes. Epoxy-coated or pre-coated fins and stainless hardware are available for sites near the sea or with corrosive air.
Can you replace an existing condenser?
Send the old nameplate, coil dimensions and connection sizes and we will match capacity and footprint.
Tell us the room. We’ll engineer the rest.
Send size, temperature and product — get drawings, a matched equipment list and a quotation, usually within 24 hours on working days.
